At Noscomp, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we dispatch and deliver orders placed on noscomp.in.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders are delivered to addresses serviceable by our courier partners. In the rare event that your PIN code is not serviceable, our team will contact you with available options or process a refund.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched, along with tracking details.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Metro and major cities usually receive orders faster than remote or non-metro locations. Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders of ₹999 or below, a nominal shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. The exact shipping charge, if applicable, will always be shown to you before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can use this link to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your shipment. If you do not receive tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@noscomp.in.
Delays and Exceptions
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural events, courier disruptions, regional lockdowns, or incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays.
Failed Deliveries and Returns to Origin
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us at support@noscomp.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographs of the package and product. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
